Vendors!

It’s just $30 per Sunday to sell at the Westshore Swap and Shop – Check out the “Book a Booth” page for more info! Each vendors booth covers 10′ x 10′ market space, per week. We aren’t too strict about that as long as there is enough room for everyone! Contact us for more options if you need a bigger space. 8-foot folding tables and 10′ x 10′ tents are available for rent at an additional cost. Sellers are encouraged to register in advance to confirm your booth, however drop-ins are also welcome.

All sellers at the Westshore Swap Shop and Market (WSSM) are solely responsible for their products, selling area, and any rented tents/tables and attend at their own risk. Sellers must set up and take down their displays within an hour before and after the market starting/finishing – including removal of any garbage, product packaging, recycling, waste etc. WSSM, Juan De Fuca Recreation Center, and Westshore Parks and Recreation are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injuries resulting from the use or misuse of the site, products, rented equipment, or premises.

Vehicles are permitted in the shopping area while setting up and taking down displays, merchandise, etc. Please move your vehicles out of the shopping area as soon as you can, to an adjacent parking lot, so other vendors can get in too – we’re all in this together!

NOTE – Food and beverage vendors are welcome to attend the market but please note there may be additional requirements in some cases. Depending on the items offered for sale, requirements could include VIHA inspections/documentation, liability insurance, garbage/waste fees, etc. Just let us know what you’re up to and we’ll be glad to work with you to sort out the details. If in doubt – send us an email to westshoreswapshop@gmail.com
